Refund Policy Eligibility

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at PummaKitty@mail.com, quoting your order number and full name together with the details of the product and reason for return.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for our Refund Policy.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any issues such as defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem promptly.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the items are faulty. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
